Description

Pupcakes Training offers a variety of courses for pet owners. Student interns will be allowed to observe and assist during these classes and other opportunities. Pupcakes Training focuses on puppy, advanced/competition obedience, agility, Canine Good Citizen, trick dog, therapy, and service dog training.  In addition, they also focus on addressing specific behavior problems.  Student interns are also allowed to join the lead trainer on pet therapy visits and to help run agility UKC or CPE trials once per month.  

 

Qualifications

Students schedules will be accommodated as much as possible, but students will need to work around arranged class schedules with internship supervisor. Students will be required to complete at least 50 hours to earn the minimal 1 credit hour for ANSC 398.
